Commissioned by Octopus to design Alissa Timoshkina’s debut cookbook Salt & Time. The publication consists of a collection of delicious modern recipes from Siberia and beyond with photography by Lizzie Mayson. Highlighted in Vogue, Elle, TimeOut, the book was shortlisted for the Young British Foodie Awards in 2017 and nominated for the Guild of Food Writers Awards in two categories as well as the Julia Child award in the USA.
